Founded in 1993, Kathryn Veronica Schaefer is the founder and owner of KVS Designs which is based in York, Pennsylvania. Kathryn has a degree in Interior Design from Harcum College and over the past three decades she has designed various successful commercial, luxury residential and hospitality projects across the East Coast.

KVS Designs has a three step approach to ensuring a successful project will be delivered in a timely manner. The first step includes Consultation and Briefing to understand the client's needs. Next is the Design and Space Planning phase to help bring the vision to life. Final step is the Delivery and Execution, in which KVS Designs will closely manage the project until every last detail is complete.
